Yes, you can book for up to 6 people. However, for safety reasons we need everyone's details that will be attending the session, so it's important you book each person on individually. You can only book one slot at a time.

Begin by booking yourself onto the session and paying for your slot, and then you can go onto the same session again and select 'book for someone else'. The process is as follows:

1. once on our booking system, find the session that you would like to attend and select 'book'

2. select 'book session .. credits'

3. where this screen appears, select 'view pricing options'. follow through the process to book yourself onto the session.

4. now repeat the process from step 1, but when you reach step 3, select 'book for someone else'. it will then ask you to 'add a related contact' or select them if you've booked for them before. you'll need their name and email address to do this.

We use a credit system to book, 1 credit (£12) is for 45 minutes and 2 credits (£20) is for 90 minute sessions.

If you buy your credit first, you can then use that credit to book onto your session

We work on set times. Our 45 minute sessions and 90 minute sessions are on a fixed schedule.

If you have been placed on the ‘Waitlist’ for a session, the booking system will hold your credits. If a slot becomes available due to a cancellation, you will be notified via email. The space is up for grabs on a first come, first serve basis. So keep an eye out for an email from us!

We can’t guarantee if or when a space will become available.

If you do not make it on to the session your credits will be returned to you for you to use another time.

At Kontrast, we are committed to ensuring an inclusive and accessible experience for everyone. We want all of our guests to feel comfortable and welcome in our space. Below is an overview of our accessibility features and considerations:

• Accessible Toilets: We have an accessible toilet located in the café area to accommodate guests with mobility needs.

• Access to Café & Wellness Areas: Please note that there are four to five steps leading up to the café bar and the sauna and ice bath areas. Unfortunately, there is currently no step-free access to these spaces.

• Sauna and Ice Baths: The saunas have steps leading up to the entrance, and the door frames are 90 cm wide. The cold water baths stand approximately 75cm high that guests will need to step over to enter.

• Non-Slip Flooring: To enhance safety for all guests, we have non-slip flooring throughout the facility.

Sessions can be cancelled for free 12 hours before the start time.

Each customer gets one free cancelation, however, if this happens for a second time within the 12 hour window, no refunds will be given.
