Sauna and ice bath in Leeds city centre

Leeds first sauna and ice bath cafe, we've built on everything we've learned from our Manchester site and more

Two traditional saunas, one social and one silent, as well as our infrared sauna 

4 ice baths, one at 4°C, two at 7°C, and our group plunge at 13°C

Sessions are either 45 or 90 minutes long, and we have our cafe space which can be used before and/or after the session to chill.

1. Paid - Railway street (30 second walk) - paid street parking - limited availability

2. Free - Church Road (5 min walk) - carry on down that road until there are no yellow lines and park anywhere
