    1. Paid - Railway street (30 second walk) - paid street parking - limited availability

    2. Free - Church Road (5 min walk) - carry on down that road until there are no yellow lines and park anywhere

    3. Paid - Shannon street (5 min walk)

  • We are a community centred sauna and ice bath venue in Manchester and Leeds where you can enjoy access to our facilities for 45 or 90 minute sessions. We also serve coffee and specialty drinks in our café. We have an area to unwind and relax before or after your session!

  • 1 x Pair of flip flop/sliders (these are mandatory)

    1 x Swimming costume

    2 x Towels (one for use in the sauna and to dry off between ice plunges, and one for after your shower)

    1 x Water bottle

    1 x Bag for your wet clothes after the session

    1x Padlock for the lockers

    You can also rent towels from us if needed!

    1. Flip flops/sliders are mandatory, the floor is a non-slip floor, however, being safe in the area is our top concern

    2. The sauna is very hot, so please exercise caution when inside and be careful of moving quickly or touching safety guards

    3. Please shower before entering the saunas and ice baths
