Sauna and ice bath in Manchester city centre

Manchesters first sauna and ice bath cafe, Where it all began in 2024

Two traditional saunas, one social and one silent, as well as our infrared sauna 

3 ice baths, one at 4°C, one at 7°C, and our group plunge at 13°C

Sessions are either 45 or 90 minutes long, and we have our cafe space which can be used before and/or after the session to chill.
