What is kontrast?

Sauna and ice baths? And a cafe?

That’s right, based in an active railway arch next to Angel Meadows in Manchester, and Saxton gardens in Leeds, we’re here to do wellness a different way.

We believe in the spirit of community and have weaved this into every part of your experience, with different events, workshops, talks and classes every week!

And then of course the sauna and ice baths, enjoy 45 or 90 minute sessions to use the facilities as you want, cycle between hot and cold and feel reinvigorated.

The cafe? While we do just love our coffee, we feel that there is a real synergy between wellness and coffee. Both are about quality and craft, and a taking time to enjoy the present moment , we’re all about those rituals that help ground and reset you.
