We are a community centred sauna and ice bath venue in Manchester and Leeds where you can enjoy access to our facilities for 45 or 90 minute sessions. We also serve coffee and speciality drinks in our cafe. We have an area to unwind and relax before or after your session!

1 x pair of flip flop/slides (these are mandatory)

1 x Swimming costume

2 x Towels (one for use in the sauna and to dry of between ice plunges, and one for after your shower to get dry)

1 x Water bottle

1 x bag for your wet clothes after the session

1x padlock for the lockers

You can also rent towels from us if needed!

We are located in Manchester, next to Angel Meadows, follow the map displayed to get to us. We are nestled in a courtyard called Millgate and are the last unit as you walk in (unit 4)

If you see the black roller shutter door with Kontrast written on it, walk down further past the railway bridge and you will see signs to the courtyard on your left

Located in Leeds under a railway arch in Saxton Gardens amongst other cafes and bars. Follow the map displayed to get to us.

We are a 20 minute walk from Leeds Train Station and a 5 minute walk from the Bus station.

1. Flip flops/slides are mandatory, the floor is a non-slip floor, however, being safe in the area is our top concern

2. The sauna is very hot, so please exercise caution when inside and be careful of moving quickly or touching safety guards

3. Please shower before entering the saunas and ice baths.
